Cast Steel Valve Manufacturer

Zhong Quan Cast Steel Valve conform to ANSI& API standard, material can be carbon steel, alloy, and stainless steel, diameter form 2” to 42”(including full bore and reduced bore), nominal pressure reaches 2500lbs, with different body material and seat, valves are usually applicable as follow region: natural gas deposit, solid carbon dioxide and cryogenic situation (temperature is not below -196℃).

Cast steel valve gate valve have two bonnet designs. One is bolted bonnet, class 150~1500Lb. Its gasket has two designs: metal spiral and metal ring gasket. The other is pressure seal bonnet, class 600~2500Lb. Its pressure seal has tow types: metal and soft graphite with 316 threaded. The end of cast steel gate valve: Butt welded end and flange. Cast steel gate valve conform to API 600, API6D, API603, ANSI B16.34 and BS1414. Each is tested according to API 598, API6D and marking is per MSS-SP-25.

Cast steel globe valve have two bonnet designs. One is bolted bonnet, class 150~1500Lb. Its gasket has two designs: metal spiral and metal ring gasket. The other is pressure seal bonnet, class 600~2500Lb. It’s pressure seal has tow types: metal and soft graphite with 316 thread. The end of cast steel gate valve: Butt welded end and flange. Cast steel globe valve conform to B16.34 and BS1873. Each is tested according to API598, and marking is per MSS-SP-25.

Cast steel check valve has three configuration types: rising check valve, swing check valve and butterfly swing check valve. Swing check valve have two cover designs: one is the bolted cover, class 150~1500Lb. Its gasket has two designs: metal spiral and metal ring gasket. The other is pressure seal cover, class 600~2500Lb. Its pressure seal has two types: metal and soft graphite with 316 threaded. The end of cast steel check valve: Butt welded end flange. Cast steel check valve conform to API6D, ANSI B16.34 and BS1868. Each is tested according to API598, API6D and marking is per MSS-SP-25.

Cast steel ball valve has two types: float ball valve and fixed ball valve. Float ball valve usually class 150~600Lb, size 1/2” ~8”. Fixed ball valve has two designs: forged steel and cast steel. Forged fixed ball valves have two types cover: bolted and welded cover. Use for water, oil and natural gas, Pressure class 150~1500Lb. The end of cast ball valve: butt welded end and flange. Cast steel ball valve conform to API608, API6D, ANSI B16.34 and BS5351. Each is tested according to API 598, API6D and marking is per MSS-SP-25
